When your basement is flooding time matters!

First things first, if it is flooding from a broken pipe,

When water invades your basement, mitigating it fast can make the difference between an inconvenience and a costly mess.

I can pump out the water, clean up surface moisture and then set dryers and de humidifiers to minimize the chance of mold.

If the water has reached several inches deep, it is standard to remove the base moulding and some of the drywall (If applicable) to dry out in the wall cavity and wall plate from propagating mold. 

If removal is necessary I can also give a price to return walls, flooring and trim to the like new condition.
